Is the Base Value Normalized to a Digetal Return?

This just seems to me like, iis normalizing an analogue proposition to a digetal return. And it sounds like they're asking you to just predict any worker, are they likely to leave within a period of time or not? They're not worried about the strength of return. You can get some hene that's like, at a zero, which is quite far away
