A teaser is usually about a minute and a half like 90 seconds or so which gives you a lot of time to kind of establish what a movie is but you don't reveal everything. There are also times when there are certain things you can't see such as the joker in "Jurassic Park" The studio just trust your kind of creative vision but that's if they really want it, he says.
