Russia's Economic Survival Depends on Oil Prices
The price of oil is the only thing keeping Russia in business. If the United States pumps more oil, the price of oil drops and then Russia has nothing. The Biden administration did push them right to the point where our decision about how much oil we pump could be most easily tweaked. Except I don't know that Biden would ever pull the trigger on that.
