This is day 80 of this journey through the bible. In numbers chapter 35 and 36, we have those cities for the levites. Remember that the levites don't get any land. And there has not arisen a prophet since in israel like moses. So it may be it's very fitting that we conclude the book of numbers with just some of instructions.
