Is There an Exception in the Income Tax Act?
i'm not going to say that as shair of the board, because obviously that's not my role. But it's an interesting question, because, you know, there's this idea in the income tax act that the identity of a taxpayer should not be disclosed by the sara. So i could say that personally, i would see the value of the argument of making that information public. And i understand that you don't make the rules, but by taking the job as board shair, it does seem that this is an ok process with you, a legitimate process that you're ok to be involved within.
