To Jonathan’s shock and dismay, it appeared Airbnb had cancelled his account with the justification being he had left a negative review for a guest. In addition to his account being shut down, Airbnb told Jonathan all his future bookings were being cancelled, against his will, all coming into high season! Jonathan shares what his experience was like, how the Airbnb support was zero help, and how he believes they intended to chase him off until he gave up.
