The Mary Rose Sank
There have been numerous theories about why the Mary Rose sank in 1545. Henry VIII himself watched her sink, so there was no official report done. A 17th century politician and diarist claimed that it was because he had dinner with the vice admiral on board the Great Harry before the battle. It wouldn't be very feasible for the king to just be leaving mid-battle,. But let's now focus right into what those at the time actually think.
