The report alleges that both of the witnesses had admitted that they smoked pot together regularly and they couldn't remember if they'd been smoking on the night of Michelle's death. Both women say, wait a minute, we never said that. And mind you, this allegation comes after both women pass their polygraphs. Sheriff Shore himself is so displeased with Rusty's handling of the investigation that he gets the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to investigate Rusty.
