How Did Isaac Newton Come to Me?

Newton himself commissioned this portrait, by the way. This is how he wanted to be seen. He published print Kippia in 1687, the year before the Glorious Revolution. Newton was chosen as one of the Cambridge members of the convention parliament that was supposed to ratify William and Mary's ascension to the throne.
