How to Read a Complaint on a Trip Advisor
The public comment period for the federal trade commission's proposed changes to its health breach notification rules closed last Tuesday. The agency said many apps collect an unprecedented amount of health data and share it with third parties for marketing and other purposes. Many of these practices are not covered by the HIPAA Act, the agency said in a press release.
