The Fed's Next Move?
The failure of Silicon Valley Bank, it's just one more piece of evidence that when you raise interest rates that quickly, things will start to break. I think we'll see a number of indicia as the months go on here. The debate is shifting to whether they do a corner point or no hike at all. But the curve has changed significantly - although the steepness now is kind of the bad kind of steepness that comes once the recession is almost upon us.
