Is There a Harmonization in the AI Act?

I'm quite confident that this might be going forward step by step so the AI act and the probably the end of the AI act if we are quick enough. Of course what we are saying in the parliament so far with our initiative proposal we are asking for a regulation instead of a directive. I still hope that we convince also the member states that we should come up with one liability regime for all consumers for all industries in Europe. We need a legal base what is valid for everyone and in every detail.
