The Importance of Mindfulness

Being mindful means considering many alternatives for the cause of how you feel. As long as you can be open minded, be flexible and consider more than you know what immediately comes to mind in the long run that is going to improve the quality of your life. And I think also on top of that being okay with not knowing like just going, I don't know. Or okay, or okay with being wrong. I'm wrong. I've been wrong. We sometimes we get our sense of whatever from being right, which is one, ridiculous. It doesn't work and two, it's fucking exhausting trying to be right all the time.
