Redis Malware

The malware runs in memory only and it's never written to the disk, which makes it even harder to detect. It also then acts to delete log entries and communicates with legitimate IP addresses. The incident has cost a company over $10 million because a federal judge previously had approved an $8.9 million settlement with victims in 2020.
