Yuri Perez: A Speculative Ad?

Yuri Perez dominated in his last start, struck out 11, gave up only two hits. He's gone five in four of his five starts this season. I think they want him to do this at double A or triple A for at least a handful of starts and then we can start speculating. Once he's called up into his second start, I'm probably going to start picking him up in those spots where there's no news that he's coming up.
