The impact of the workplace change in every work from home or whatever you want to hybrid is still being felt. When I became CEO and the management team took over Bank of America in 2010 we had 130 million square feet of real estate under contract. Now we have about 60 to 70 and we're driving that down by continuing to reconfigure it.
