I imagine a re imagined capitalism. Just as we don't employ child labor, most of the jobs we provide are decently paid and carefully structured. The evidence of local minimum wages, if you look at the data for seattle, it seems that raising wages to 13 dollars really made everyone better off. Was a fabulous move. Should have probably happened a long time ago.
