The 13th Atmospheric River of the Year
The Golden State had gray skies again today for residents of California. The past few weeks have been mostly heavy rain, mountain snow and gusty winds. Mammoth Mountain has had nearly 700 inches this season. That's 58 feet in all-time record. A seemingly nonstop parade of storms has uprooted more trees.
