The Age of Discovery and the Ottoman Empire
i like to think of europe and asia as connected, i'm linked quite closely to the age of discoveryas is the renaissance. And we also have to look at commonalities whether they're technological or idiot,. ideologicalad and just s branching out a little bit. I'm where does the ottoman experience fit into that? You know, we've talked about the way at you break down the stereotype that the ottomans were inward looking and not interested in exploration. Does the same go that they weren't inward looking and didn't want to learn new thingsand therefore would properly fit into this renaissance idea?
