Trump would only campaign in red states where the governor assured him I'm not going to extradite you. He wouldn't come to certain parts of California and New York, even to fundraise. Can you imagine the look that Biden's Department of Justice was trying to enforce a state warrant out of New York against his rival? The laptop crowd would go nuts.
