Hospitals Are Not Built for Disasters
The system is built for a disaster, but it's built disaster like a chemical plant explosion or a big crash on the inner state. It's also built for patients who come in the hospital and then leave the hospital. When things are getting really bad, they do what's called going on divert. Send it a message to all the local ambulances say, don't come here. Go to the hospital 30 minutes down the road nowand that's a case where the e r is so backed up there,. saying, we can't take anybody. We go we got to hit paws for a few hours.
