The Role of a Mini Agency in High Ground
I would say that from a high level, I do run kind of the strategy and ops with the detail rollouts of like specific campaigns. And then we do execute. So I'm going to eat my words a little bit and say this, I kind of run like a mini agency as like a shared service. We have a small scrappy team e-commerce team. I have a manager under me that is well-versed kind of jack of traits for e-commerce. Then I have a retention specialist who's just was recently brought on board and just really redefining of how we like manage our customer lists and unlock LTV and just really grow.
