Were you able to just basically do whatever you want in this world where it's still so regimented on the sky's metal,. The sky's rock, the sky's pop. And i think if you can foster an attitude and an environmentof of positivity, creatively, and making sure everybody keeps it in check, then ultimately youre going to have a bunch of people that create a team Where the deficiencies are evened out just by the fact thatyou've got a bunch of different personalities.
