The report presumably includes whatever recommendations the grand jury has made for indictments. So if Fannie Willis is going to indict Donald Trump, it probably is reflected somehow in that document. It's within the scope of the district attorney's discretion to either seek indictments that are not included in that report or she could choose a strategy that does not reflect the potential indictment.
