The way that the existing dynamics of who has the advantage in the legal system interact with uses of psychology and potentially neara science is very concerning to me. In situations such as may be using nero imaging for memory detection, where you do have one party introducing the evidence and the other resisting it, you immediately run headlong into into those problems of resources and access to experts. Those in civil cases tend to be stacked in a way that heavily favors the party with more money, and in criminal cases in ways that favor the state.
