What is being tacked onto that, especially through Jim Caviesel and the promotional appearances making for this movie, he is a well-known public sort of advocate of QAnon. He is someone who believes that children are trafficked, not for sex, but because of their body parts can be rendered into these magical substances which the ultra wealthy use to make themselves functionally immortal.
