The Judge's Order to Not Talk About the Case With Witnesses
Trump was told not to talk about the case with witnesses like his co-conspirator defendant Nada, who still works for Trump. The judge asked that the government provide a list of witnesses and victims who they said then Trump could not have any contact with at all. "This feels like the kind of thing that would be very, very difficult to enforce in practice," says CNN legal analyst Neil Curry.
