The Fed's Campaign for Higher Rates

Tomorrow the CPI comes out. I'm guessing that it's still going to look really, really raw and terrible. The numbers are not going to be good by any standard. Inflation is mitigating. So the Fed is going to continue its campaign for higher rates while the US Treasury is suddenly guaranteeing all deposits of every failing institution in the country. And that's going to put off the day of reckoning a little bit. But you can always trust gold even in even in madness.
