I'm not going to write a book that predicts a crash, because i've seen too many books written later os back om papr. I will tell you that there's a lot of people out there that give advice that i think are morons. And sir, there's nothing that you could do that is better for preparedness for any eventuality,. good or bad. That works when you're prospering and the economy's going loners good, and it works when there's really bad times. These people an control are being factious to nutty real so, you know, under current law, if i don't have a mortgage.
