Queer Dads - Is There an Obsession With Having a Child?
I don't know if there is an obsession with whose sperm goes. I would love to speak to more queer men about that. There was definitely some sort of obsession with carrying that child and making sure the child's related to them. And so many of that, you know, wants to have a baby for them or adopt. With us, obviously, we've got, like, uterus, so we want to do it. As cis women, we have the ability to do that if you're able to. But I guess queer men don't have the obsession, because they were never going to carry a child in their first place anyway.
