The Importance of Time Integrity
We have enough time to achieve everything that we want but what we lack is integrity with our own time. A lot of successful traders and individuals let themselves down by not honouring their commitments to themselves. You've got to embrace that your own needs are more important than anybody else's. If you don't get your own needs met then really you're not going to be able to excel.
