Substack Unlocks a Token

Substack is a new way to pay for content on the internet. It's been around since 2012, but has only just gone live this week. The system was created by former Facebook executive Sean Parker and his team of programmers. They hope it will be used as an early test bed for other types of payment systems such as herbet.
