The Competition and Consumer Act - What Are the Penalties?
The penalties for each contravention will be the greater of ten million dollars, three times the value of the benefit. The court may make orders it considers appropriate to prevent or reduce loss or damage that has or may be caused. There are potential civil remedies, and non parties can even score a remedy.
