I don't think ego gets in the way of getting things done. You have to have a backbone. But on the other hand, you have to be able to listen to each other. I've had sessions that if you were on the outside of the door, you'd think we were all fighting. We walk out in the cup of coffee or a drink and we're very happy to use you with the outcome.
