Liberals and Democracy in the Cold War

The right likes the judiciary now because they control it, and just hvet like it for pure power reasons. The democrats seem to have as persistent, they make this persistent appeal to norms. There's a stran liberal thought that's really kind of anti democratic. Afraid of the mob. They think they're all reactionaries and races. And sohe preference for a litigation and judicial approaches to problems because they like elete expert opinion. For conservatives, that's a good thing, and for progressives, it's what should require us to put the supreme court in check.
