James Madison has signed for Tottenham Hotspur in a £20million deal. The midfielder is an England international and could become one of the Premier League's top midfielders. Daniel Levy was under pressure from Spurs fans who are going to be watching everything he does like a hawk this summer. But yeah, I just think it's very exciting. As long as he the Spurs can sort the defense as well, it could shape up to be a very, very good window.
