The Special Counsel - Is This a Delay in a Decision?
Agnifolo: It's hard for me to imagine that this person, although he's got the authority, but that he would bring charges on the January 6 against the president. But stranger things have happened in the last couple of years. If he's focused on the Marlago aspect of this, I'm not so sure that there will be a delay. And basically what this does is it outsources the decision from Merrick Garland to him. He's going to find out a couple of truths very quickly.
