Pegasus is a spying programme for your phone and devices. The fbi has not, so far, used it in any operationally or in an investigation. Almost all governments in europe are using our tools. Whatever you say to people can and will be used against you but not in a court of in a star chamber like preceding or in a torture chamber. That's the difference between totalitarian regimes - there is no private self.
