Cop 26 - What's Happened?

Cop 26 was supposed to rap on friday, but it edded up dragging on until late on saturday. Lots of big compromises were made in the glasgow climate pact. Countries and developed world helping their developing counterparts with spending more money on things that help them adapt a climate change. The rule book is this setting up rules of the road for actually implementing the Paris agreement.
