The New York Times: Michael Cohen's Defamation

The problem with his client is that every time he goes on the air, he undermines his position as a witness. I mean, first of all, he said that he never signed a waiver of attorney client privilege. And so the question is, if you remember something that significant, how can we really rely on you remembering these other things? Then Cohen went on and actually said I really wasn't guilty when I pled guilty in New York. Well, that's a problem because the whole premise and whole narrative being put out there that well if Michael Cohen was punished for these crimes. So should trouble Michael Cohen saying I should never have gone to jail.
