The intelligence gathering and distribution system within the ersh government is the only information system i know of thats de to serve the creator of information. Intelligence community right now, you tend to only value close source intelligence. If it's not closhe source, you don't value. But on the other hand, i've talked to people who say 80 per cent of their intelligence was available by open sources.
