I Pledge to Not Raise Taxes

There have been years of budget cuts to the i r s. Their es now is something like 16 thousand fewer agents than they had a decade ago. The idea is that this agency needs more funding to enable itto crack down on high end taxed sheets. But adding more tax officials doesn't necessarily mean that they're raising taxes, but it is easily viewed as an army of taxing enforcers.
