Is the Public Markets Really Short Term Focus?
I think one of the reasons why you've seen these valuations is the discount rate that people are applying over the next 20 years of cash flows very low because interest rates are in fact basically zero. I think the volatility, you know, risk is not being priced in, but that's always been a somewhat challenging thing to buy certainly for private investors. And also, I've always had his belief that public markets contrary a lot of popular wisdom in quotes are not short term focus at all.
