There does not tend to be pain related specifically to endometriosis for most people in places like the neck, the hand joints, the feet. It's mostly abdominal pelvic, and there can be other areas, but usually it's not only in the knee or Not only in the rib cage or the lung. Then I would recommend seeking a consultation from a skilled endometriosi excision surgeon. Another place to start is to find a local pelvic floor physical therapist.
