The truth about time

Today, I'm talking about something we often avoid.

The truth about time - and how much we have.

Life is not as long as we think.

On average, we get around 4,000 weeks. And when you really stop and think about that, it changes everything.

It certainly did for me.

So if you've ever had that quiet thought that there must be more to your life, more joy, more meaning, more you, ...but you feel stuck and unsure where to begin, this episode is for you.

In this episode, I share:

• Why feeling stuck is often just a lack of clarity, not a lack of capability
