We looked at direct indexing years ago we started thinking about of what's the way that you you could disrupt the ETF or or the mutual fund like is there a better way to do it. We got very interested in and said rather than hope that it goes away or doesn't undermine why don't we embrace it and see if we can grow it? I was one I've learned through time and it's always ask more questions fewer statements more questions and listen listen to the answers and encourage the debate, he says.
