Jonah's Fear of God
God tells Jonah to preach in Nineveh, the capital city of the Assyrian Empire. But Jonah says he's not going to obey and instead runs away from God. He was probably terrified about what might happen if he went into that religious stronghold. And also likely filled with racism because his people Israel had been oppressed by Assyria.
