The Importance of Radial Access in Post-Bibsy Patients

I was actually not trained apart from a couple of attendees that I had at Yale. Almost everybody else was a growing access or femoralist, as you want to call them. My go-to embolization microcatheter is a Sarah or Jackie. For both liver, I do all my IO cases, if possible. Sure. And for angio, for trauma as well, particularly for pelvic trauma, but because they usually have binders, much easier to go from the radial, in my opinion.
