Gaddafi targeted non-Arab identities. He persecuted them. So some fled and you flee or you embrace Arab identity, one of them. And the funny thing is the West culprits in all of this was Gaddafi. In places like Morocco and Algeria, even though they were being pushed to the side, their cultures were still allowed to exist in some aspect. But I think it's really, really, like maybe they got their rights on back.
