In Tova, you are asking Allah to protect you from doing it again. And that means having a determination not to do it again. The first thing is make up for what is done by undoing it. For example, if it was property, return the property. If it was a money or a share of a business or a house or something, give it back. These are the three basic things that I needed in Tova.
